Ann Brewin, Woman CEO of The Decade - CEO Network 2021

In 2021, the CEO of Clifton Homes, Ann Brewin, has been awarded the woman CEO of the decade following her inordinate contribution to the real estate industry in Ghana. While other CEO’s were accordingly recognized and awarded on the 17th of May at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra, Ann Brewin went home with the foremost honour for the female category for her entrepreneurial work with Clifton Homes one of Ghana’s largest residential real estate developers building 8 projects with well over 800 properties since 2011 with a proven track record of delivering on time, Clifton homes is currently constructing The Lennox for completion in 2022 and recently launched Loxwood House.

Ann Brewin, CEO of Clifton Homes Ltd, graduate of Oxford University with a decade of experience advising major corporations on large-scale office projects across Europe, was also previously recognised as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by UKGCC in 2017 as she spearheaded an innovative development team, focussed on evolving the real estate landscape in Accra to meet changing demand, and placing the concept of “urban wellbeing” at the centre of the Clifton Homes proposition.
