CLIFTON HOMES recently celebrated the opening of the real estate company’s new head office in Airport Residential Area.
Clifton Homes, previously based at the A&C Mall East Legon, has moved to a larger, stand-alone location on Senchi Street, Airport Residential. Loyal customers and business partners were invited to join key staff in celebrating the official opening of the contemporary workplace at an evening cocktail party on the grounds of the property.
In his welcome address to the crowd, CEO of Clifton Homes, Mr George Moffet, said “following 4 months of extensive renovation work, we are very excited to have moved into our new home, which provides a far more effective and inspiring workspace for our growing team. We are very grateful for the loyal support of our customers, suppliers and business partners who have helped the business thrive.”
Clifton Homes have launched and completed 5 developments in Accra since 2011, incorporating 150 homes. The developer has another 250 properties currently under construction, with 94% already sold, and a secured 5-Year pipeline of new projects.

The opening speeches were followed by a short prayer and ribbon cutting ceremony, after which guests continued to enjoy tunes by popular band “Patch Bay”, as well as a delicious array of canapés and cocktails.
