The Clifton Homes team will kick off the new year with a “24 Hour Charity Run” in support of New Horizons Special School in Cantonments. The event will take place on 4th February,2019 in the sleek, new 200 sq metre gym at Embassy Gardens. A squad of Clifton Homes’ employees will participate in this fitness-based fundraiser to raise money for the local school.
The Clifton relay team has committed to run round the clock for 24 hours non-stop, in back-to-back 30 minute slots. Participants will run on treadmills in the newly-opened dual-storey wellness complex at Embassy Gardens. The fitness centre lies in the heart of the development overlooking the communal gardens and houses a gym, yoga studio, spa rooms and a café.
“Not only does this give us an opportunity to support a worthy local charity, but it also helps promote the importance of fitness and wellbeing –something we placed at the centre of our design process at Embassy Gardens” said CEO Ann Brewin.
The employees involved are inviting donations and Clifton Homes has pledged to match all money raised. Leading up to the event, interested persons may register and donate via collection boxes at the receptions at all Clifton Homes’ developments, or here. Details of entire funds raised and matched will be disclosed via press release following the charity event.
